Robert Bigioni received his legal education at the University of Western Ontario,and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1985. His practice since that time can be described as a broad-based commercial litigation practice, with an emphasis on business disputes and debtor/creditor matters.
Rob has had extensive involvement in the following types of litigation: shareholder disputes, mortgage and other security enforcement, unsecured debt recovery, bankruptcy and insolvency, construction claims, commercial tenancy matters and contract interpretation and enforcement. He is known for his practical approach to the resolution of these types of disputes, and is a strong proponent of early and effective mediation.
