Judith has been mediating civil disputes since 1994. Over the years she has mediated estate, commercial and family law matters. She has also participated in providing mediation training in workplace and educational disputes.
Judith has been a practicing lawyer since 1984. She is a partner in the firm of Stewart Esten, LLP. Judith has significant experience in estate litigation as well as commercial litigation, real property disputes, mortgage enforcement and construction law.
Judith received her mediation training from the Harvard Law School, her Bachelor of Laws degree from The University of Western Ontario and her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.
